Seraphin the Dark Angel

This was a piece I created for an art exchanged at StudioMMO [link] for Halloween. This was a first for me doing any time of vector art quite like this. The basics I learned off of viewing tutorials for tools but the technique is as simple as I am. I did also use a stockphoto (for the very first time) as a reference for the piece. I had originally sketched the pose but had problems with the placing of the hands until I found [link] Hawkmistress's array of fantastic stockphotos. A truly talaneted artist in her own right.

Seraphin, was a ruthless demon only out to cause havoc on those she choose as her victims to collect their souls. Though one day a sweet angel, Seraphina, who freed Seraphin of her demon ways and truly gave her heart peace. Now Seraphin acompanied by her best friend Seraphina, seeks forgivness for her wickedness and looks to serving for good deeds. Pictured here, she looks forward to a little trick-o-treating at a nearby haunted house!
